Amy Osran Jacobs joined the firm in 1987. Prior to that, she was employed by Davidson & Kirios in Century City. Previously, she worked in the tax department at Arthur Andersen, LLP.
Ms. Jacobs became a principal at Glassman, Browning, Saltsman & Jacobs, Inc. in 1990. She focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and business transactions. She handles all aspects of these cases, including: planning and drafting wills, living trusts, and gift and insurance trusts; probate procedures; the administration of trusts and estates; forming, dissolving, and merging business entities; business contracts; and all other phases of business and transactional matters.
Ms. Jacobs has attained an "AV" peer rating from Martindale Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys, indicating preeminent legal ability and the highest ethical standards.
