Roger A. Browning co-founded Glassman, Browning, Saltsman & Jacobs, Inc. with Anthony Glassman in 1968. Mr. Browning primarily focuses his practice on all phases of business, transactional, and real estate matters, in addition to Federal and State income tax audits. Prior to co-founding the firm, he served as a trial attorney in the United States Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted cases for mail fraud, wire fraud, tax evasion, and other Federal crimes. He has also served as a Special Trial Assistant in the Department of Justice.
Mr. Browning attended the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley. He was admitted to practice in the state of California in 1966, and has attained an "AV" rating from Martindale Hubbell, indicating preeminent legal ability and the utmost ethical standards.
